A world is ending faster than the next one knows how to be born, and most of what calls itself leadership is just gripping the old shape a little longer. We train the opposite. Leadership here is not a title or a platform or a count of followers. It is what the inner work becomes once there is more of it than you can hold.
A heart burned all the way open stops keeping the warmth for itself. It widens, past your skin, past the people you love, until it is holding a room, a circle, a whole way of life coming apart in real time. And because you already died once on the inside, you no longer need the world to hold still to keep standing in it. The wound in you and the wound in the time are the same wound, at different size.
