Do I need experience with any of this?
No. Most people arrive with none. Come to a transmission evening or read the writing first; nothing deeper is asked of you until you ask for it.
Is this therapy?
No, and it does not replace it. The work is initiatory and educational. It sits well alongside good therapy, and we will tell you honestly if we think therapy is what you need first.
How big are the containers, and how long?
Small. Retreats and intensives run from a weekend to a season, in groups small enough that you are known by name. Private work is designed around you.
Will I be pressured into anything?
No. Everything is invitational and consent is structural, not a slogan. You set your edges and they are respected. The work is demanding; it is never coercive.
Is there medicine involved?
Only in the specific lineage immersions, held in relationship with the traditions that carry it, and never as a surprise. Most of the work involves no medicine at all.
What does it cost?
It depends on the container, from free evenings to priced intensives. Write to us and we will be straight with you about numbers before you commit to anything.
What happens after I write?
A conversation, free and without obligation. We meet, we hear where you are, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right ground for it. Then you decide.
